Pull out the beets now! - the Judge ordered the illegal sugar beets pulled. USDA was ruled against. Will they somehow sneak this crop in? They would have to get an Environmental Impact Statement that is "acceptable." The Alfalfa EIS was NOT acceptable! How much will that matter? Remember, not all agencies, departments or branches of government agree with each other. The court system is proving that!
